Eggs Poached Benedict made quickly and easily in an Instant Pot 8qt.  

This is the easiest way I have found to make poached eggs, Benedict if you want to add the hollandaise sauce, where for a good part of the process you can walk away and know that they will come out the same every time. Cleanup is easy and this was done with an 8 quart instant pot.
