Hello my lovely family and friends, hope you are all doing amazingly well by God's grace. This is the day that the Lord has made so let us rejoice and be glad in it.
Today I share with you a very simple and deep flavoured stew, very delicious egusi/agushi and egg stew. This is a very nutritious sauce that can be paired with rice, yam, potatoes, eba or whatever you fancy really. I hope you enjoy this recipe and give it a try.
**Ingredients**

2 cups of Egusi (Agusi/Melon Seeds)
6 Medium size Fresh Tomatoes
1 Tin chopped Tomatoes
1 Large Red Onion
1 scotch bonnett
5-8 kpakpo Shit (
Kpakpo shito (petite belle)
4 Cubes B10
Salt to taste
Fried Snapper and Salmon
15 Medium Eggs
Salt
1 tbsp Vegetable Bouillon
1 tsp crushed black pepper
