I am Egyptian. She is perfect and she really knows Egyptians, but I think she was dealing with poorer or less educated classes of Egyptians, for not all of us use these gestures.
The first set you showed doesn't mean for Egyptian a body language for feeling upset but it does mean that someone is angry with somebody else and that he or she is issuing a warning
