Big fan of urs..but if u dont mind..i would like to suggest u..hence its a healthy show...plzzz use steel and iron utensils instead of nonstick..its better for health....music is irritating plzz remove it..thnx

This is not egg salad at all. It’s just one boiled egg added to some simple green salad with beans in it. In egg salad eggs are the main ingredient with seasoning and dressing. And now a days it’s very common to add flax and chia seeds in any kind of salad. Overall it was a good salad.

Awesome......... I just replace the beans with Beef and add 3/4 boiled egg whites. And spinach......... Then you can tell that its a great protein salad. Plan protein in a hoax.

190 calories in 2 boiled egg 200 calories in kidney beans ( about 100 grams ) 450 calories in olive oil ( she used about 4 tabl spoon oil ) Total 850 calories if you add tomatoes and dressing calories. Not a good salad for health point of view. Thumps down.
