I eat thai food all the time. I haven't seen this kind of salad in any of their cuisines. This salad looks healthy and delicious.

i liked this recipe.its nutritious n full of taste.plus most items in this salad can be found in indian supermarkets.dressing of salad needs a lot of stuff which are not easily available but we can have this salad without dressing.a good effort by shilpa mam

I just have to say I LOVE your kitchen 🙂 If you don't have red chilis, can you substitute with jalapeno or red chili flakes? I also ran out of spinach, do you think the greens of a BOK CHOY would work as well? I'm making this dish today for sure, that sauce would be delicious on a Thai noodle salad
