Eharmony are an unethical buisness who force you into a minimum 6 month contract, it is impossible to cancel that subscription easily, no links on the site, they don't answer their phones, when you eventually email them to cancel within the 14 day cooling off period, they will illegally take 6 months of payments from your bank account which you in no way authorised and call it compensation. Please when you get scammed by this company, call your bank and the citizens advice beaureu who in turn will contact the trading standards so that we can lessen the volume of victims to these fraudulent companies and hopefully see them shut down and made to answer for their crimes.
I failed with the in-person meeting. The site creators should put the match quantity & delivery date features back in. It's harder to sort through the matches without them.
I did have a woman on there ask me to send money. There are EH users in Chicago & Naperville. I'm thinking of trying out Elite Singles. I'm done with that site. Putting the match quantity & delivery date features back in will improve the site.

I got separated 12 months ago, so then just joined Match as a non paid member, just to see how it worked. 3 weeks ago (after all reconciliation hope was lost), I became a paid member. And I am finding out, so many profiles of people that are unused! And you waste your time looking at their profiles, messaging them, and they never reply because their account is just forgotten for whatever reason. And if I search for 'Last On Line', the number of people that were on line in the last one week is maybe 10% of those Match show, the rest even if Match shows as available are actually inactive. An sadly, when you get periodic matches, most of them are from inactive members that just waste your time. I am going to try e-Harmony next.
It should go back to being heterosexual only as well. They had a partner site call compatiblepartners before switching to the new version in November 2019. You can see the views. But, the match quantity & delivery date features are gone. Those were the best.
Match profiles are fake. IAC owns most of the online dating services. If you meet someone they probably work for the company. You will never actually meet them in person.
I tried both of them and they didn't work. I kept on messaging, messaging and messaging and I didn't get any response from the members. Unfortunately I had to close my accounts on those dating sites because I was being molested and stalked by gay men. I was looking for a woman and unfortunately I was being molested!
As of jan 21" not to many people are in my area for eharmony and if they are they haven't been on in a while. I'm going to try match know and see how it is.
It's still around. But, you can't tell how many matches are on your account anymore. They don't have the partner site for gays & lesbians anymore. The creators should bring it back.
