@NoLaKazi personally I use it when I wake up in the morning as a coffee replacement and also before a fasted cardio workout. And so far, I’m happy with the results, but it also comes down to diet and exercise. You can’t eat whatever you want and drink Oxyshred and expect to shred fat, it’s about balance. Eat well and eat the right foods and oxyshred will help. Eat crap and drink oxyshred and you probably will end up disappointed 🙂
I tried the cosmic blast as my first container to try of oxyshred, to me I usually like sweet stuff so I thought it’d be good, but it tastes like really fake candy. Like the taste isn’t good to me, bc it’s got like a really artificial flavor taste of strawberry candy or something…
Yes thank u for explaining that I was about to comment just THAT. It taste flakey, like medicine with sugar it’s weird :/. Do not get it if u like a weird sweet cotton candy flakey type of deal
That all depends on you! 😊 I personally prefer to use it as a pre workout so I take it 20 mins before the gym or sometimes I just sip on it during my workout session
@@jessgonz3473 yeah like I mentioned it’s totally up to you and how you feel , try before and after eating on different days so you know what works best for you! I don’t gym til 11am roughly so I always have breakfast long before I go to the gym

Dont mean to be a dick but had the oxyshed hardcore as a pre and it was absolute dog shit. Nothing at all from a full serving. Had a serving and a half, nothing. Gave to my bro and he said the same thing. 35£ complete snake oil
