Hello, I have just brought this. I previously had the original Oxyshred however my body is sensitive I caffeine. I work out before work (6:30-7:30am ) 5 days a week, if I take the Oxyshred in the morning this will also be before my workout does that mean I can only take it once a day ? When would be the best time to take the second dosage ? Thanks 😊

I'm glad there's 4 additional flavors now. Raspberry is amazing but if you have the gene to taste bitterness, you will taste a slight bitter taste in your mouth for a bit after drinking it like as if you chewed some pills or something. Not that substantial though and definitely not a reason not to drink this. Tomorrow is day two for me. I'm so excited for results!!

The flavor is sugar stix ,so sugary. This will make u poop. Have had for a month not a lot of change. Only change probably had been from staying hydrated. Like 5 pounds off in a month.

@@MAKfitness I had a wierd swooshing sound in my ear ! Purchased it to previous times then I got this new container I still have a little left in my old container even though it kind of got stuck together from humidity so I'm just getting back into working out and I took like a half a dose of half of the scoop and he had a weird swishing sound in my left ear now it could be that it was clogged up because I was a little bit stuffy from allergies but I am now nervous because I just recently found out that it has bitter orange in it! I'm 33 years old, so I don't wanna take anything that can mess with my blood pressure or heart. I had pre-clamp Sia both pregnancies and this last pregnancy with my twins I was actually put on high blood pressure medication, that being said my blood pressure was fine after I gave birth within a month I got off of the medication. This does make me think maybe I have a predisposition plus a lot of my family members that are older have high blood pressure, so I need to get into shape again, but I don't wanna sacrifice my house and have a stroke or something heart problems from taking this OXY shred potential he has bitter orange in it which is in fact ephedrine or ephedra !
