•Mini cheesecakes:
150 gr Digestive Cookies
100 gr Melted butter
250 gr Mascerpone
300 gr Cream cheese
100 gr Sugar
35 gr Maizena
2 Eggs
2 Vanilla sugar sachets
Bake in oven for 30 min on 110 degrees.
