Eid Day Chicken Curry Recipe | Desi Bhuna Roast with a secret ingredient to wow your guests!!!

Get ready to be Inspired!
Ingredients:
1 kg Chicken drumsticks
Marinate chicken with:
1 tsp salt, 2 tsp Kashmiri Chilli powder, 1 tsp turmeric powder & 2 tbsp cooking oil
Frying the chicken:
500ml cooking oil until golden then remove (12/15mins cooking time)
Fried onion:
2 cups sliced onion
Bhuna roast curry:
4tbsp oil & 1 tbsp ghee
1 tsp punch photon
4-5 cardamon pods, 2 sticks cassia bark(cinnamon sticks), 2-3 tez pata (bay leaf)
4 tsp ginger garlic paste
2 cups sliced onions
1.5/2 tsp salt (salt to taste)
1 tsp kasoori methi
Water as instructed
Spice mix:
1/2 tsp turmeric
2.5 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp cumin powder
2 tsp curry powder
2.5 Kashmiri Chilli powder
3 tbsp apple cider vinegar
4-5 green chillies
Water as instructed
Fried onions and coriander to garnish & enjoy!
