Eid Mubarak!🎉This is similar to what I have been making for 25 years but it’s too much ghee! Heart attack yaar🤯I use coconut oil instead, and start with 2 cardamoms and 2-3 cloves, warm them in the oil, roast until your smell the aroma, take them out, bhoon the sivayan, add 1/2/-1cup sugar to 1 cup hot milk and dissolve, add to roasted sivayan, splash as needed to make them soft, add more milk if needed. Finish with Kewra and nuts to garnish. Shredded coconut is always a plus!
@@laibamehmood2977 it doesn’t solidify for me. Maybe the coconut oil in the US is different than yours? Once the coconut oil has been cooked, it doesn’t get solidified. I’ve been making it this way, every Eid for the the last 5 years bc I cannot have ghee or butter. Alhamdulillah, it tastes great❤
Nice recipe... Agr aap dum lagany say phly doodh ki malai(balai)add krden gy or uspr dryfruits add kren gy to iska bilkul khoye jesa look or taste aye ga.. Just try it once..
Too much oil....it will be heavy while eating.....otherwise recipe is soo good and im making this for many years andit turns out amazing...its my grandmother recipe and i love it ❤❤

Wao I have Short suggestion to you in this recipe you just add to only milk wich is equal to water and milk not need to add water in this recipe if you have made within only malik its too delicious you have to enjoy more. Its my favorite sweet I love and also add koya with milk please make this recipe again as per my suggestion / request.
