4 pcs Mutton Paya (Goat Trotters)
¼ Cup Wheat Flour
4 Cloves
1 Small Stick Cinnamon
1 Black Cardamom
2 Green Cardamoms
3 Bay Leaves
2 Onions Sliced
Salt to Taste
2 Tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
1 tbsp Coriander Powder
½ Tsp Turmeric Powder
1 Tsp Cumin Powder
Garnish with
Ginger Julienne and Green chilli bits

Hi, I tried this recipe today and it was delicious. I really like the way you explain and the tip for cleaning the paya. After the paya was cooked in pressure cooker i did a bagar of zeera to add zaikha to the whole dish and lift it up.

I am Bengali Hindu, living in the USA, 2nd generation. Our family didn't really eat things like this! The only meat we ate was fish, and some chicken! However, I have always been adventurous with food! I saw lambs feet at the market, and thought "hmmm..... kyun nahin?" Never cooked it before! I saw your video and it came out perfect!
