WS Mahwish for paya soup you can mix all but not paya curry you can not, Remember for Paya, (trotters), you have to cook it at a higher temperature and it should tender and almost falling off from the bones. then we do bhunaee with masalaa😀Just follow my recipe step by step it is full of tips, you should not have any problems. Ruby Ka Kitchen thanks! I tried gajar ka halwa today, not sure why even after cooking I can smell as if carrots are raw. What should I do now? Appreciate your response. Want to mention I cooked with U.S Carrots.
Rahat Never happen with me dear with U.S Carrots too, only with U.S Carrots I have to add red color, then result comes our the same, maybe you bought the Carrots for juicer which retains more water, then you have to cook little longer to evaporate the water contain, then just follow my recipe step by step it is full of tips, you should not have any problems .👍❤
