Sheer Khurma or Sheer Khorma , literallly means milk and dates in persain, is a festival vermicelli pudding prepared by muslims on Eid Ul Fitr and Eid al Adha . Sheer Khurma is made with milk , vermicelli , dry fruits and specially dates and sugar .

Here is my take on this recipe:
Ingredients:
2 ltr full fat milk
20 to 25 almonds
20 to 25 pistachios
20 cashew
20 to 25 raisins
15 dates
2 tablespoon chirongi seeds or charoli seeds
1 cup sugar you can adjust according to your taste
2 tablespoon pure desi ghee
1/2 teaspoon cardamom powder
1 teaspoon kewra water
4 to 5 tablespoon sevayian
