Thank you for your comment and feedback. You are right that sometime it looks like identical like Foji berakes. But it’s a totally European style living and we Pakistans are not habitual of this. Even in Dubai(the most advance country in world) they have exactly same advance style living. Further I have posted many houses in other societies as well. Please watch them. I'm sorry to say that the price is enormous! I never saw or visited any project of this company though saw lot of advertisement of it. Frankly speaking I am disappointed and happy that I won't miss it. Not only the material and fittings etc aren't of that quality for which such a high price Tag is placed But the touch of class is also missing! These days even 5 Marla houses are being made which are of high quality material and use of beautiful aesthetic appeal which is missing here. I agree that the locality development might be very good but ultimately one has to go to his own home 🏠. So sorry dear, though your presentation was impressive!!

Thank You for your feedback and comments. Don’t just look for design please. It’s design looks like European style aesthetics but the most important part is what EIGHTEEN offers. Which is only 16% residential and this style you will not find in all over Pakistan(atleast for now). Golf views, lakes, parks, too much green area. Targeting specific community standard living. Every saja maja gama isnt allowed here. Not have 5 Marla commercial plaza at every corner like other societies. That’s what differenciate EIGHTEEN from the rest.

@@arkmarketing051 there might be some pluses but overall it's just to expensive . You may buy one kanal house better than this in DHA and Behria. On the one hand it's closer to airport but we don't fly everyday , on the other hand it's far away from central Islamabad . It's my view and might not suit you.

@@fahadshenwari9839 sir I sell real estate in every corner of Islamabad capital and Rawalpindi. I personally live in bahria town phase 1. Bahria or Dha is 30 mins and 25 km away from Islamabad central and Eighteen is just 15 mins drive at signal free road. Secondly location of Eighteen is still Islamabad tag with-it. Where as Bahria Dha falls in Rawalpindi even you say Rawat side for better understanding. Rest personal choices matters. Bahria have more then 1 lac plots and same as dha and Eighteen have only 1700 villas. Big Difference.

Alder clients weekends pe he aa saktay hain tou agents mein sy koi na koi aya he hota hy. Dusari organisations ki terhan Eighteen walay bhi weekend pe chutti kertay hain.

Thank you for your comments. Lawn is complementary at back side of all villas. I think you missed that video part. And right now in bahria Rawalpindi or dha Islamabad, ten Marla house prices are 45 million to 55 million. Even more then that in some sectors and phases… Which isn’t also justified if we compare it with EIGHTEEN. because of 16% of residential area. And do you know what is the price of 10 Marla brand new house in CDA sector Islamabad. 😊

@@arkmarketing051 im actually comming to pakistan to view plots and houses and even if i pay their asking price in DHA isloo i still have enough to gut and redesign it totally internally with a 9 marla garden the villa its self is only is 11 marla and they are asking for 45 crores but it has potential to totally redesign and upgrade

Layout of these houses are as simple as in this video. Rest we also have fancy houses but in different societies. Videos on same channel please.

What about SNGPL gas connection/ meter ? Price is unnecessarily too high. Price should not be more than Rs 3 crore. At this price the buyer will have to incurr around 18 % additional taxes as well

Thank you for your comment and feedback. Sir, SNGPL new connections are stopped by government in all over Pakistan. So Eighteen has its approval and lines but SNGPL will not install individual gas meter at any premises in Pakistan. Secondly yes prices are high and features are also high vice versa. In 3.50 crore I have 7 Marla brand new designer house option available in bahria town. If you are genuine buyer I can give you a visit inshaALLAH.

You cannot compare it with any other society in Pakistan. For an understanding I mostly mention in my videos that only 1700 approx villas are in EIGHTEEN. where as in other society they have more then 5000 houses in small piece of land.
