@Gui MV the Emmys refer to the Emmy awards that are given to the best in American television (other countries may have equivalents to the Emmys). It's like the Grammy for music, or the Oscars for film, or the Tony for American theater.
We all love this show because it is the complete opposite of what you would expect in corporate america. Things like "professionalism" and "conformity" take away our individualism and freedom. Everyone is just being themselves and having fun, professional or not. Thats why this show feels like a breath of fresh air compared to everything else out there.
The underrated part of this clip is that Chuck actually had good receiver instincts by making sure the ball touched the ground first after getting that hit stick from Shaq 3:50

Ricky Moss KG always wanted to be listed as 6'11 but he's 7'1 like Shaq and because he's way slimmer than Shaq he is naturally better stretched and looks taller
he didn't want to play Center. if you look deep enough on youtube, you'll find a Kobe Q&A where he tells a kid that he's only 6'4 with game shoes on. He's listed as 6'6 so he doesn't have to play PG.

these guys have turned back the clock for Ernie..they are all such great guys..and lessen the burden that Ernie carries with his son..i just love the love they have for each other..they have payed it forward in many ways..bout time we all do too..make somebody smile today folks..
