EKEN H9R vs H9Rse (1080p comparison)

H9R has ov4689 sensor and H9Rse has gc4603 sensor. This must be the main difference between them and it seems huge.
Both -0.3EV
"R" stands for remote control compatibility.
PS: H9R, when light is poor, it double each frame in 1080p60fps, strange thing, even in the same clip it varies depending on lighting conditions...

I have the H9Rse and when I check the 1080 60FPS footage in VLC, it says 30FPS lol

+Gadget Addict Yes, H9Rse doesn't have true 60fps. Its image sensor doesn't support that framerate as far as I know.

Are you sure? Did you use same memory card? Maybe your memory card was slow to write 60fps in that camera.

@@CptSlow89 ... H9Rse ... "SE" stands for "shit edition" 🤪 The 1080/60 is fake and cannot record 720/120 The same naming structure is a scam to get people to buy it ... Thinking they are getting a cheap H9R 1. Notice how the "se" is in lower case to obfuscate the name 2. The fake specs are the same as H9R 3. Chipset is the same as H9R 4. Sensor is cheaper and lower resolution 5. Rear Screen is lower resolution.

Its the dynamic range of the sensor.... it is overloaded.

+Joaquim J Almeida I am very sorry I didn't answer, I bought from Chenda H9R but it was se, no true 60fps. And then he sent me correct one as a gift. The only way to see if it is real H9R is to buy it and test it. So, a trustworthy seller is the only option.

The Boy And His Cat From what I have red, I have the "R" version, the only difference is the remote, performance is the same they say, also firmware is different but same functions except only the remote.

Kevin Ro Mcd H9R is better, no frame dropping, 60fps @1080p, less noise at low light.

the gravity in that spot of the sun is higher and therefore the light gets sucked out, you can also see this effect when you have eclipse glasses on it has something to do with the lens and the filter

@@ian1064 dude it has nothing to do with gravity. The h9Rse has a crappy sensor with poor dynamic range. So it cannot capture the highlights without blowing it up and the extreme case is the black dot where the sensor can't capture any information from that area.
