I am a clinical instructor for the University of Utah and use your videos in post conference with second semester students. Your videos are well done and more informative and entertaining than I am. We work from 0630 to 1930 and most students have a very difficult time staying a wake during post conference. Much to my professional chagrin, you're able to get more information across to them. Thanks.

Thank you very much for making these videos. I share them with my fellow Student RNs on our private Facebook page and they all have wonderful things to say about you. We are in our last semester and graduate in December. I feel very unprepared but I am happy that I can refer back to your videos if I ever need any help.

Last semester I really struggled with most of my Nursing Care of Adults 1 exams and ended up just barely passing. After being told about your videos from another student, I began to watch you and I passed my first exam in Nursing Care of Adults 2 with an 86%! Thank you for making such complicated information easy to understand. You are amazing!!!

I think the slang and easy going approach makes it entertaining and easy to remember!!! I was at clinicals and telling them about hydromorphone and the only reason I know it is because of you, and I told my instructor " I know it because of teh videos" tru story Oh my bad grammer police TRUE story! SMH lol

Excellent videos! Thank you so much breaking it down in simple and easy to understand terms. Our critical care nursing instructor is from India and can be difficult to understand at times. I've watched many of your videos and my only regret is not being able to purchase access to your site. As an unemployed nursing student, I'm unable to do so but your FREE videos are a tremendous help so thank you again!! Great Job!! Only a few more months left till graduation! May 15 2014

Mike, Thanks for the videos RU-vid that helped me get through nursing school a couple of years ago. You were the talk of my school in Florida and still are. Passed my NCLEX a while back after reviewing videos. Do you have or are you thinking about doing any videos for ACLS, CEN, TNCC or PALS, PTLS certifications? Kinda putting some it all together for those of us who have been with you for a while. If you ever in the Tampa, Clearwater or St. Petersburg area of Florida send me a message. Thanks in advance.

Most ECG textbooks that are used by nurses and paramedics are using information from the 1950's. Rhythms such as "SVT" (AVNRT), orthodromic AVRT, atrial flutter, and all fibrillation (both atrial and ventricular), is due to types of reentry. Also most ventricular tachycardia is also due to reentry. There is much good information on Wikipedia. Type in AVNRT if you want to understand "SVT". Type in "caval-tricuspid isthmus dependent counterclockwise atrial flutter if you want to understand atrial flutter and how we not treat it. I will be doing some video lectures on electrophysiology soon that will be available on RU-vid.

For how messy and erratic you are with everything you draw on that board, your sinus rhythm strip was the cleanest free hand drawing of one I have ever seen. I just couldn't get past that for the rest of the video.

It is pronounced fibrillation not fibulation . Notice the R in the word. Also, it is not caused by numerous ectopic focuses. It is caused by re entry. These things are important. Mark Younger

My textbook describes it as, "total disorganization of atrial activity due to multiple ectopic foci". :)
