Great technique with the pinning. This is also used in the taxidermy industry for difficult glove molds or attaching hide to a foam form. You can tell El Fett is an experienced urethane user, so fun to watch, including purging a bit of material from mix tube to ensure you are injecting a true 1-1 mix. Thank you for sharing!

I'm really surprised there is no "breather vent" for the foam and the part filled so completely. This would also give a good pack for tight cell structure. I wonder if a high speed drill with a paint mixer would also help give a good shear to further create good cell structure? Cool video and I concur, Armor Bond works like a dream. I literally fixed cracked bathroom floor tiles with the stuff.

@manglebeat with regards to your question about Bond Strength for the Armor Bond Adhesive, it is one of the best adhesives that we've found for adhering flexible urethane. It was even used in the Aquaman movie to put together their suits as well as other recent movies!
