Glad they said warmest temperatures on record which only go back approximately 100 years which is nothing geologically speaking

In my 15 years of living this is probably one of the driest/warmest Decembers I've seen.

@Shonade_Malik Which part of Canada? East Coast has easily had the most precip this year in my 30 years. It rained almost every other day from spring to fall, only fell off around a month ago.

GFS model shows a blizzard coming for later on the first week of January in southern Ontario and it looks like a good 30 to 50 cm of snow expected according to it.

Nuclear powered submarines have technologies in them that can shift ocean currents. That has been going on for years. DO NOT BELIEVE the lies of the mainstream media and the useless United Nations.

You can't oversimplify everything into just climate change. El Niño has a much greater impact on year over year variation, climate change absolutely amplifies those effects, but it is not wholly responsible for this nor is it helpful to be so reductive. That oversimplification is what causes people to point at a thermometer every time there's a cold snap and deny climate change even exists.

@@b.c.2281 i know but Still. Stronger climate change is the stronger el Nino will be. So, imagine how next year with el Nino look like ?

Actually, scientists have predicted global warming for the last hundred years now, since the Industrial Revolution started and people started to burn coal etc. Even Soviet Scientists talked about it, when it was still a Cold War. So your teacher just knew the science even back then. It became a public knowledge only recently, yes, but the scientists started to talk about it a long time ago.
