🐟 Ingredients to cook 'All I pebre' (garlic and paprika sauce) and skate:
1 kg skate
1 litre of fish stock
Three slices of bread
18/20 toasted almonds
7 cloves of garlic
Sweet red La Vera pepper
4 medium-sized potatoes in pieces
Extra virgin olive oil
Salt
