Loving Brecht is a 1992 novella by the British author, Elaine Feinstein. During the latter part of her life, Feinstein was widely recognised as a major poet and an important scholar. She died in 2019 at the age of eighty-eight. Her first novel - The Circle, published in 1970 - was longlisted for the “lost” Booker Prize in 2010.
