Australia has a fantastic tradition in sport, but unfortunately sports injuries are part of the scene. The ankle is the most common weight bearing joint that is injured in sport, usually to the lateral or medial ligaments. Studies have shown that taping the ankle can actually prevent injuries and is important to rehabilitation and returning to activity.
Watch as Osteopath Paul Hermann demonstrates an ankle strapping technique that will provide support, control but still allows mobility to allow individuals to return to activity as soon as it’s safe to do so.

Great video - thanks. Looked at a few ankle strapping vid guides and thought this was by far the best. Animation at end is helpful.
