@@rev0lve638 what shine? zoro didnt had anything until wano. he defeated a goofy octopus in fishman. low diffed pica. usopp had more shine in dressrosa. didnt do anything in zou was removed for whole cake. he only got attention in wano. and that too in only his fight against king.
pretty much the only thing I agree on here would be Zoro Learning the giant's techniques, since that would fall in line with his character, but Zoro has had plenty of recent developments in wano, wano doesn't really need a strong swordman specifically, if anything a master of the hakoku techniques could work, but the followup that Zoro should have should be in regards to his battle with Lucci in Egghead, egghead had many loses and there was an established point about Zoro wasting time, both when he didnt recognize the seraphim, and when lucci stalled him for such a long time. Not to mention, the reason elbaf warriors are strong is significantly obvious that is because of their size, as a single one is easily over a hundred times the strenght of a regular man. not to mention that the Hakoku can be performed with systematically any weapon (Brogy performs it with an Axe, and Kaido emulates he technique while helping Bigmom by using a kanabo), so the idea that this has to be zoro or sword centric is far from truth. A final point about before mihawk. are we all forgetting shillew?
Blackbeard pirates will likely be the final villains, so Mihawk will probably loose before Zoro vs Shiliew. And if it's about powerscale Teach can alwats steal Imu's devilfruit and turn his guys into monsters, combines with awakend devilfruit shiliew could be Zoro's deadliest foe...

I’d love zoro to get his growth but not at the cost of ussop. Elbaf has been foreshadowed since little garden and ennies lobby a ussop destination. He’s been the weakest for a while I’d love for him to become more powerful and confident after this arc
Boy you know well that new world arcs *almost* never focus on the straw hats other than luffy and instead focus on a myriad of different secondary characters. Sadly we even see this in egghead.
Whole cake is all about Sanji and his family dynamics. And Wano showed plenty of Special attention to Zoro. Just bcz his family wasn't explored doesn't mean he wasn't given his special moments while Sanji took the back seat. Last of all ofcourse the Story will focus on Luffy the most. He is the MC! This is his story! And both us the viewers and the Strawhats are following his journey while fulfilling their own agenda.
@toot1862 Return to Saobody and Whole cake are the only arcs in the new world that focus on the straw hats, or a particular straw hat. Jimbei of course is featured prominently in Fishman but he didn't join the crew until much later. Most post time skip arcs introduce a large secondary cast and they are given heavy screen time over the straw hats who are *given a few moments here or there* but have been relegated to side shows in the story. It has been my main frustration with recent one piece that I assumed egghead would fix, only to cameo the giants later on in the arc and take screentime away from the straw hats once again.
@@rsync9490 You're drawing so many lines in the sand it's crazy. First you say the Straw Hats never get attention in the post-timeskip, then you list all the arcs where they did get attention. Yes, the story focuses less on the crew than in the pre-timeskip, but not every post-timeskip arc is like Egghead where it's just the Luffy show. And can you honestly claim Sanji didn't get focus during Wano? He got more focus in that arc than in any pre-timeskip arc excluding Baratie.
@hyypio764 'almost' my dear. Please read my first post and don't omit any words. Also my second response mentions moments but not primary focus and narrative growth. Egghead gave us the rapid character development of Bonney, before that momo in wano, etc.
I mean it makes sense that odens swords got smaller. He intended to give them to his children and they are alot smaller then he is, so in the years until they are old enought a blacksmith could have easily reworked the sworss to make them fit more for regular size.
I think this is a great theory. Something I’d like to add is that zoro hates when someone says they can’t do something because of their race or how they were born stronger or weaker. Giants were born massive with immense power and strength. So maybe zoro can gain some character development while fighting someone who says he will never become the strongest because there’s people who were just born better like giants. I also think that it’s possible zoro somehow finds out more about his family and his heritage with ryuma, I don’t know how but I rlly hope this happens where zoro learns about what happened to his parents which would maybe give him a bigger role in the world of one piece instead of just becoming the strongest swordsman, he could help luffy defeat the world government and free the world
Awesome Video!! I think Zoro is going to become the God of Hell and Forge his black Blade in elbaf!! Onigashima was said to have another name according to Marco and in early sketches was called Ryugashima=dragon island. Since There is Regular,Ancient,Artificial and Mythical Zoans. there could be a race of mythical giants since there is Regular, Ancient and artificial giants. That was a mythical giant who was a swordsman that was the Dragon who Ryuma slayed likely forging his Black Blade becoming the God of the Blade.
i think giants are more keen to use swords (and weapons in general) as amplifiers to their sheer strength, not so much the bushido technique driven way we know through zoro and other japanese influenced characters. Which would be the difference between King and swordsmen as we know them.
Imagine if oda took the story of Loki and Thor traveling to the king of giants and being tricked by him (Thor lifting a cat who the world serpent and so on) It will interesting
But what of the rest of the crew. They have all had great development but the rest fo the crew needs more development. Especially Usopp, Chopper, and Brook.
@@jeagerpoelse that line gets misinterpreted a lot. He was saying isn’t bounded just by swordsmanship and not that he isn’t a swordsman. Because he literally tells zoro basically I’ll fight in your rules and they had a mini sword duel during that fight.
I dunno about that. So far, most top tiers (Roger, Whitebeard, Garp, Dragon, Kaido, Big Mom) come from pretty unnoteworthy backgrounds. Same goes for future top tiers like Luffy and Zoro.

Everyone thought egghead was supposed to be Franky'z arc but we barely even don't get too excited about ussop... Also just because it's ussop's doesn't mean Zoro's just gonna sit there and sleep the whole arc
real delusion is thinking that usopp will get all the attention. wano was also supposed to be "zoro arc" but zoro luffy even sanji everyone got to shine and got attention. a big arc like elbaf isnt only for one character.

All the Yonko equal each other in term of power, so of course BIG MOM would have take an advantage with an army of giants... One Giant is not this strong, but imagine thousands of them, even the strongest like the YONKOS won't be able to do anything
One piece is too inconsistent though. Big mom as kid was powerful enough to kill Giants? How did bigmom get so strong? There is literally no explanation
