Even if his mother is no more, a sister of his or his uncle's wife will step up unless you keep Nigeria out of your lives. There's no feminism. It's a patriarchy that the matriarchs sustain.

Here in America, I do not think a month will pass without mass shooting and no week will pass without receiving child kidnapping alert on my phone. America is not actually safe because guns are in the hands of so many people including mad people. So everyone has the possibility of being in the right place at the wrong time. The difference here is that the security system works and perpetrators of these heinous crimes are fished out immediately and they eventually end up in jail for the rest of their lives. Every problem is an opportunity and I see the security challenges in Nigeria today as an opportunity for Nigeria to develop and advance her security industry. The western world understand the fact there there are people who are not normal and these people should not live among the normal people for public safety. Most importantly, there will never be security in Nigeria until the politicians stop looting public treasuries. There is no security in Nigeria -- period!!! No nation can develop without aggressively addressing security challenges. I hate to say this, I wish this kidnapping is 100 percent directed at these wicked politicians and some civil servants who are looting public treasuries. And the ransom should be like 1b dollars and maybe this will discourage them from looting public treasuries. Lol!!! The Lekki deep seaport was recently built for 1.5b dollars. The missing 12 dollars gulf war wind fall is enough is to build more than 5 of these infrastructures. The money stolen by these 3 Nigerians --General Babangida, Abacha and Dieze Ani is more than enough to build hydro power stations and provide all-year-round electricity for the whole country.

I believe that is a bit of a stereotype. There are AA men available but they I often considered "bougie" or "acting White" by AA women so after awhile they go to other races or nationalities. I think media stereotypes have made AA woman feel like they should be dating only men who are "street". Thus, they end up in the search for the mythical "Ghost" character from Power. The professional who is secretly a gangster.🙄

This is just an observation, but it seems a significant proportion of AA men prefer white or women of other races over their own. But on the other hand, there are AA women who are proudly "divesting". Honestly, there's no other community in the world where there's so much hatred and open warfare within their own.

I've been encouraging AA women to date outside of our race or abroad. Period.
