Thank you for playing with this mod and the feedback! Much appreciated! I just added an update to nexus to fix the problem with weapon levels, and I hope to add some of the features we talked about, soon!
It is a coincidence. The Knight's Cavalry(Flail) is down by Castle Morne. Maybe it just randomized those bosses around because they can only spawn at night?
If it's the enemy randomizer mod I think it is, he's probably set it to randomize enemies within the same category, and night bosses is one of those categories
I love the part in the ‘Gideon Ofnir, Lord of Blood’ fight where Gideon is just getting bullied against a gravestone or whatever and Mohg’s music just goes BWAH BWAH to signify a phase transition, but Gideon just continues to get bullied. Hilarious.
gotta say i really enjoy runs that forces the streamer to use weapons and arts you rarely see. You always see the meta and the absolute worst "Can i defeat elden ring with only KICK?!?" But you never see sword dance scimitar for example.
the end of the godskin noble fight at~24 min in is why I like to keep throwing daggers at the ready jfc also finishing off bosses with them feels rad every time
Its crazy how even when the bosses are randomized some of them are still technically lore accurate and Placideusax of the Golden Order is probably my favorite.
So the icon shield was used as a base weapon for the mod to change the stats of? That's why you keep the passive of the heal over time? Very cool mod and run.
I love how the prefixes and suffixes end up making the names into soulslike indie game boss names. Seriously, Horah Loux the Black Blade sounds like they were trying to rip off the "withering king of a ruined kingdom" thing that Allant, Gwyn, and Aldia all did.
Seems like the key here would be to pump Endurance so you're not fat rolling when you get a big meaty weapon swapped into your hand. Then Str and Dex so you can use most of the weapons. Kind of need to be well-rounded.
Yooooo, long time no see Distortion! Haven't seen your content since the Any% Speedrun WR era. 😬 It's good to have the algorithm bring your content back to my feed. ❤️
It's amazing how both Morgott and Godfrey were replaced by Fire Giants. Exact same place - exact same boss xd. Also how is it that Malenia was the only boss to actually enter her 2nd phase, despite it being a separate entity. Does it have to do with it being Fia's Champions fight?
For randomizer malenia is always a singular boss fight. I have no idea why but that's how it is. You can see the same in any other randomized runs, she's always the full fight
glad to see this run. for sure a run lobos woulda (and has done with dks1, 2, 3) loved for elden ring. carry on the wacky/impossible challenge run legacy!
I am only just now finding out elden beast has legs edit: also only just now realizing that Nial has the veteran prosthesis as his leg. I missed so much from just playing a comet azure build. Still happy I did because it felt awesome but sad I missed so much
I absolutely hate fighting Godskin Noble. Out of all the bosses they could have put as non-optional, they had to put Godskin Noble and Apostle in Crumbling Farum Azula. The Godskin Apostleq I can handle, but Noble...
wouldn't mind a randomizer mod that also affects item and boss drops, so like you would have to look for the boss that would drop a great rune, like say the holder for radahn's rune was in a dungeon crypt in the mountaintops and the boss was a rune bear or something like that, complete randomization
I once tried a small sample platter of dog treats. Took a bite of each different kind. To no one's surprise, most of them were bad. But a couple actually tasted pretty alright
