10:22 - Return to Ymir and exhaust all dialogue with him and Jolan
10:52 - Travel to the second finger ruin of Dheo and ring the bell
11:26 - Return and speak to Jolan and Ymir then rest at the grace site
11:46 - Interact with the throne to reveal a secret ladder
12:15 - Fight and defeat sword hand of knight anna and ring the final bell
12:58 - Next Defeat Metyr, Mother of Fingers
13:14 - Return to throne room and fight sword hand of knight Jolan
13:34 - Fight and defeat count Ymir and get his rewards
13:53 - Speak with Jolan and choose between 2 rewards
14:40 - Getting the Jolan and Anna spirit summon
15:55 - Ending

I tried talking to the communion priestess at night but she is just praying and being silent, I even tried your method on waiting until night then fast traveling

After blowing the first finger bell and talking to Count Ymyr, if you reload the church he will be missing and you'll get one single chance to explore the area under the church and get invaded by Swordhand of Night Anna. If you defeat her, you'll get extra dialogues with Jolan. (Maybe you only need to get invaded, I defeated her so I'm not sure.) You can't blow the bell at the end and fight Metryr at this point though, as far as I know. After reloading the area again Ymir will be back on his chair and you won't be able to interact with it until you progress the quest line further by blowing the second bell. After his return, Ymir will also have a few extra dialogues. I assume you can probably also get Jolan's extra dialogue by defeating Anna (or getting invaded by her if that happens to suffice) at the end of the quest line and talking to Jolan before fighting Metyr, if she is still in the church at this point.

watching you guide from part 1 and I am exploring the dlc and not killed any boss and only talk to 1 npc which is freyja(I did not notice the other npc beside her) and I got the message "A great rune has been broken" while exploring. Did I messed up the side quests?

Yes and no. You only messed up the beginning dialogue for the npc's. The only question line u missed something in was ______. Where u can purchase the poison items. Hopefully this helps

@micc2006 a suggestion, I would talk to everyone at the crosses when you 1st start your game. Then, later once you've broken the seal.... go back and talk to all the npcs that you found. Try to do them in the order you found them. Just make sure to talk to the needle knight last for the lore to make the most since
