Elden Ring DLC Igon's Greatbow Demonstration Unique Skill Igon's Drake Hunt Test and Location 

Doesn't appear that Igon's Harpoon Greatarrows do anything special like Radahn's Spears and Lion Bow. Note that this is a normal smithing stone weapon so +10 is only 40% upgraded, still doesn't seem like it would do crazy damage though; maybe like 1500-2000 tops to Dragons with headshots. #eldenring #shadowsoftheerdtree
