I wish we could see these invasions from the pov of the hosts, i feel like it would honestly look kinda horrifying as this persistence hunter just obliterates your team while effortlessly dodging nearly everything you throw at him
He also has higher health and uses defensive items so it must feel awful for all your weapons to suddenly do so little while you get destroyed. A few of the people on this one were clearly casual players without optimized builds and just got torn apart.

My starfist build shreds everything in under 3seconds...bleed on fast hiting weapons is crazy op but i prefer my bleed tankbuild.blood fingerprint shield paired with a bleed infused godskin stitcher together with the shield crash as of war.hit one shield crash and they near dead😅
I always loved talons but for a while it was just too meh, so I tend to play daggers/crit but always pve, I wonder talons would nicely scale with Str build instead as it does to dex.
I love how when you were face tanking a skeleton beam it took you so long to realize you were taking damage lol. Lined up a perfect triple like Halo Reach snipers only.
It's never been more apparent the difference between chase and the people he invades than after this update. Chase has been using the new true combos that basically break the game with how strong they are while the people he invades are just playing the game same as always. It's almost like they're casual players just wanting to have a good time and are getting destroyed by overpowered true combos from a very experienced and dedicated pvp player. Chase maybe try to do duels in the future with these true combo builds since the skill gap shouldn't be as noticeable there. Maybe then we'll see someone else also using them and what it feels like to go against it.
The up close and personal type weapons definitely need to be powerful, in my opinion, since they require you to close the distance and stay close in order for them to work. If you make a mistake, and some bunga build lands the right bonk, you're pretty done. Maybe dialed back a smidge? idk... I'm torn. Different play style I suppose. While it's not my style personally (going for the bunga myself); I'm happy to see the benefit of this type of build realized for those who enjoy it.
Love your videos bro. It always cheers me when you get the backstab and myself says..backstab?! BACKSTAAAB!! That said, you heavily influenced my playstyle in pvp to overwhelming results. I'd like to see a Godskin cosplay. You've mastered all weapons and Godskin stitcher and peeler have been favourites among many but I never tried them myself
So cool to see you enjoying the update Chase. Do you think you could use the ghiza's wheel? I think it could be better now with the changes to poise. Maybe you could try it in a quality build with storm ash of wars.
I've been using these for so long and they're so much fun. I don't think they're over powered because you have no range so i hope they don't get nerfed. I use mine with Millicent's and rotten wing, as well as the axe talisman. You can out space some slow attacks and punish with the unique charged R2.
Charged attacks are so great on this thing. I'd say the winged sword and those 3 buffs combined are definitely overpowered. Check out your status screen whenever the buffs are active. Whenever it decays to a lower tier, the AR bugs out and goes extremely high for 1-2 seconds. With all 3 buffs active I'm doing 150% more damage, instead of what should be 50% more damage.
This is my main colosseum weapon that I swear by and quickstep is the best way to use it imo. Even after the nerf. Most of the time you will have to do a sideways quickstep, then charged R2 into uncharged R2. This usually kills anyone on a dex build with bloodflame blade or Arcane build with Occult infusion. Use rotten winged insignia with it instead of alexander's shard. Endure is good in invasions though due to zombie players.
Ive been using these on arcane build. Get the poison buff and you can pretty much one shot with running r2 combo. Not to mention the charged heavy and follow up combo. That thing really one shots
Possibly my favorite weapons. Raptor talons + blood flame + endure= bloody profits. I also like blood flame with frost stomp (I call it the Icy Hot setup). They don't know whether to bleed, burn, or freeze lol.

with this patch you should revisit the cypher pata and/or coded swords. dual straight swords were already great but id love to see what you do with this
I was using this before 1.10 in the colisseum, its always been super strong and fun. The running r2 into r2 combo I did not know about tho. I have clips of the r2 true combo tho before 1.10 it has always been a thing.
You say for people to try for 1900 HP, but most of these people you invade are built for PVE only. Not built for PVP, so they won't always have a reason to level their Vigor beyond a certain point. On average I usually only leveled Vigor to 40-50. 60 if I didn't need points elsewhere. And never had any issues with PVE.
