‘And my lord brothers soul may return’ this was the perfect time to introduce Godwyn and they just… didn’t.. let down of a final boss honestly, one radahn was enough. Edit: yes, his soul was killed, but with the wording of what miquella said, radahn seem to have lost his soul as well, meaning they are able to return souls.

The divine beast was such a piece of cake, but the happy hippo...

So let me get this straight... Radahn is Miquella's brother. But also her 'consort'. And 'consort' basically means 'person that king/queen is plowing'. Sooooo...Radar was banging Mickey? This really IS a GRRM storyline, huh?

I was a bit disappointed with the dlc narratively wise, i expected a bit more of an involvement from greater will or more of an explanation what ascending to the godhood even means or is but shown more plainly since that's what Fromsoftware dlcs usually do. This solved a lot of interesting misteries but honestly it created as many new ones. Also a radahn definitely felt like a bruh moment, totally not a good choice imo.

There are a lot of things I want to see in my life. Whatever the fuck Metyr is was not one of them. Jesus, that thing is straight out of Bloodborne 2.

this is going to sound insane, but has to do with the ending cutscene that does not make sense to me SPOILERS Miquella specifically says to Radahn "if WE honor OUR part of the vow", implying that there is a third party involved He is also already wearing an engagement ring, implying he was already getting married before even asking Radahn to be his consort Both these things to me feel like the only choice he had in this manner was his consort. It might be pushing it but its possible he was being pressured to take the throne and become a god, the way he tells him he's going to be a god almost sounds forced, as if it was never his choice to make. Depending on when this flashback happened, it could have been before he even left the Golden Order to create the Haligtree, he may have even left because of this.

I came here to watch someone solo the bosses not cheese them like I did...

To be honest, I'm a little disappointed with the new boss design policy. They became incredibly aggressive, they had a bunch of area attacks, a lot of special effects. And also huge numbers of damage and health. Older versions of the games did a great job of making bosses fair and memorable that didn't break up the pacing of combat the way DLC does. However, the lvl design and aesthetics are incredibly good, as always From Software.

hot take but I don't like that they made a dlc, this game is already over polluted enough, and no fight feels memorable like in the older games. You do have some like Radan, Malaina, and honestly I forgot. Not that what they did make was bad, its amazing, but souls games needed a bit of dog shit. So later fights feel more satisfying, and you can still have the appeal to masochism. S.T.A.L.K.E.R has scratched the itch that elden ring has not.

1st and foremost the ending sucks. 2nd they under utilize Mequilla 3rd Mequilla is a wig 4th where is patches? 5th the final boss should be the guardian of the shadow of the realm namely the shadow of queen Merika. 6th they should've put a cutscene for Rellana or even a dialog.
