I've watched quite a few vids on Seamoss Gummy. I definitely love how you do it. Your technique keeps the solid and I can taste the flavor. Will definitely use this vid as a guide to expand my Seamoss business
Sea Moss is an honest Superfood! Giving your body 92 out of the 102 minerals needs... you can't go wrong. Swing by my Canadian, Black-owned shop, and have a peak. Thank you for the AMAZING video!
Just made these. Have them in the fridge. Gonna test them out in a few. Just off the smell alone, I’m not sure if his kid friendly these will be. I’ll have to make more without the Bladderwrack
Omg this is genius! I make and take sea moss gel and elderberry syrup already. Never thought about combining the two-let a line in a gummy- into one. Thanks. Just subscribed and sharing your video.

Bc the gummies are made with agar-agar and without an anti-caking agent, the sweating happens naturally. Sometimes I leave the gummies in the mold and place them in the fridge overnight and this helps to dry them out a bit more.
Looove your channel!! I’ve heard eating too much sea moss isn’t good because it would be mineral overload for the system. It makes sense. How many gummies is best to eat everyday?
That is because it’s made with agar agar, a vegan gelatin. So it’s a little softer than your typical texture of gummies, which are usually made with gelatin (which is made from animal parts).
Shalom and grand risings sis. Happy to have found your channel. I look forward to trying this recipe. How long do the gummies last and would they need to stay refrigerated? Thanks for sharing!
Hi! Yes, they do need to stay refrigerated & last 2-3 weeks. You can find more Info on my site: goodfoodbaddie.com/elderberry-sea-moss-gummies-recipe-with-bladderwrack/
Hi! No not at all. It’s just enough that it doesn’t overpower the flavor of the gummies. These elderberry gummies taste like cinnamon and elderberry with a very very mild hint of spicy, mostly from the ginger and bit of cayenne.
This was so helpful I’m going to make these for my daughter and I! I’m curious if they can be shipped so I can make some to send to my dad in California?
I need to have between 150 and 300 mcg of iodine due to my hashimoto. Any Chance that you know how Many of the gummy bear I have to take daily in order to get that amount ?
@@GoodFoodBaddie Sweet! I made them BUT I think I made too much Seamoss. And my elderberries made the mix a lot darker 😅 we’ll see how the gummies taste tomorrow.
Hi! I get it from Amazon. Here is the link: www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0842YT2PT/ref=as_li_qf_asin_il_tl?ie=UTF8&tag=caprililly-20&creative=9325&linkCode=as2&creativeASIN=B0842YT2PT&linkId=bea918d4b2980f55a4d40c40ec2983a2
I wouldn’t recommend eating more than 5 or 6 because they have sea moss in them. The recommended amount of sea moss to take daily is 1-2 tablespoons or up to 1/4 cup.
Hi! That’s is because they are made with all natural/real Ingredients. You would have to add an anti-caking agent like rice bran or sulfur dioxide, or to prevent them from becoming moist and/or sticking together. Sometimes, I leave the gummies in the mold in the fridge for a day or two and notice they will dry out a bit.
@@GoodFoodBaddie thanks I was wondering why they be moist a lot. Then some many people be trying to buy them from me,but I didn't wanna sell them because of that.
Hi, it is on the website, written in the recipe card. Here is the recipe post: goodfoodbaddie.com/elderberry-sea-moss-gummies-recipe-with-bladderwrack/
It very important to activate the agar-agar. Doing this properly helps them set. Here’s detailed instructions on my site: goodfoodbaddie.com/elderberry-sea-moss-gummies-recipe-with-bladderwrack/#growMeRecommId=d7d61b18c5404675d8f4a09d254d46a2
I really wanted to love this recipe, but I’m so disappointed with the texture😓. If not vegan, I would suggest not using vegan gelatin. It doesn’t feel gummy. It feels more like a really solid Jell-O jiggler or something…. but pastier maybe🤔. Hard to describe. Thank you for the instruction though. It was very helpful overall.
Sorry it didn’t work out for you. Agar agar can be very challenging to set sometimes and it is true that the gummies won’t be as hard as using regular gelatin. Trying it with regular gelatin is always a good option if not concerned about keeping the gummies vegan
