I bought a steamer juicer for when making grape juice a few years ago. Last year I thought I would try it with elderberries. It works perfectly, and you don’t have to stand in front waiting for the steamer to release the juices. Let the juice fill up in the juice compartment, reduce the heat, and then fill up two to three jars. Put a lid and ring on it, and you’re done!
