Thank you for your comments. Please note that I am quiet and considerate wherever I photograph. Locals in this Mea Shearim understand I mean well and invite me to film. Often I put my camera down to avoid photographing people I don't know, but they tell me not to be concerned and encourage me. I do not take secret photos. I speak a lot with people in the street. Everyone is always respectful to me. The signs in the street are aimed at people who do 'invade' and treat them like aliens. The locals are accustomed to photographers coming through and can see who is hostile. I would also be unhappy and resentful if such 'invaders' came to my neighborhood. ואההתך לרעך כמוך

Not this community. They actually advocate for Palestinian rights and are somewhat allowed to. But they are also being persecuted for their refusal to serve in the IDF and commit crimes against civilians.
