Kaluma with his degree really surprises me. His comment that he can look someone in the eye and know if he has a degree borders on idiocy. I can’t even understand how he has a degree and makes such a comment. How does having a degree in chemistry offer better advantage and oversight than for example say part qualified accountancy qualifications with experience say CPA ACCA or CMA at any part? That requirement is meant as a guide and best left to the citizens. Corruption and lack of integrity is the main problem n the country and . is not linked to lack of degrees. That requirement will never see the light of the day in The west basically as it will contravene basic human rights. Any citizen as long as he is certified sane has that basic right.
