So you think Mr. Asiedu Nketiah would come into the witness box just to play on words? He has been coached by the lawyers regarding what to say and what not to say. I guess you were not listening to him, he says the figures attached are not his own cooked figures but they are from the E.C. Of course it’s his own document but figure therein was extracted from the EC bogus arithmetics. In any case, the real case is for NDC to prove if the 2nd respondent obtained 50+1. That is the crust of the matter. We want to see the mathematical errors which the E.C want us to ignore. In the coming days we will know if the errors are substantial or negligible. So chill.

If you were any wise or intelligent as you portray yourself to be, you would have realized that the judges, just as they're in the 2013 election petition, have adopted a more relaxed approach to what normally happens during proceedings outside election petitions. It's a strategy to dose off or water down the already charged political atmosphere after the elections. You may be legally enlightened by lack basic common to practice in volatile political climates

Yes they said they have won based on their own collation but nobody can choose the case they send to court. They choose to challenge the EC's own figures in court. They have the right to do that too. I think this is not too much to understand.

@@kwameasiedu7328 u can't force or choose someone's case in court. It is up to the EC to prove their own figures or loose their credibility forever. I think this is the right way to go to deepen the democracy of Ghana. The world is watching closely. Judges purporting to be the mouthpiece of respondents. Isn't that one too amazing? The one person who seems to be losing the case is clearly the EC.

And the lawyers are being smart in pushing matters only the second witness can answer..also pushing matters which is not the basics for him appearing in court and matters not related to the petition and witness statement brought before court to address yet are trying to claim are "relevant". Why attack someone's personality by questioning his credibility when the focus should be on the issues the petitioner brought before court?? I smell equalization here...

ooh please, comparing apples with oranges? The Nelson Mandelas, the Ghandis fought for thoughtful revolution and not egoism. Besides, what they stood for was against oppressors and for independence. However, we're being unnecessarily incited by selfish power drunk propagandists to discredit reputable institutions of our dear nation. In 2012, the narratives weren't the same. The PC of the NPP rather calmed his supporters and gave them hope of his intention to seek redress in court. When the verdict didn't go on his favour, he accepted and urged his supporters to accept the will of the court for the betterment of the nation. Please admit to bad utterances and lack of emotional intelligence of unfortunate people in leadership with no regards to the vulnerability of the people that they calm to liberate.
