If every Judge of the Country acted with integrity and true honesty and their oath to the Constitution the country would not have been eroded of its values. Indian Judiciary except a few Judges have made the ground fertile for the criminals enter politics and power corridor in the Country. So there is nothing strange if Modi who was alleged to have abetted in the Gujarat riots becoming PM of the nation. Today the country is paying the heavy price and the part of the blame goes to some of Judges and judicial officers. The judge of the Calcutta HC joining the BJP party heralds how and to what extent the judiciary is corrupted. We have to enact a new law to deal with the menace of judges acting against the spirit of the Constitution.

Sare exams meh paper le ek kar k apne pasand k mansektawalo ko khursee deh rakhe hai taki jaise chahe upar se order diya jai aur bail na diya jai. Isliye Neet k re exam nahi karna chahte hai kyun k jinko pass kiya hai woh fail honghe aur pol khul jayegi.

Govt should cancel all the contracts and Bails given in Quid Pro Quo for Electoral Bonds. too many people/companies got projects where they are unqalified. Seize profits from those projects. Also jail them for life who were in quid pro quo. Modi ka parivaar, Quid Pro Quo ka parivaar.

If electoral bonds are illegal then why the all political party especially the ruling party are keeping that money with them. Why the receiver would not pay any tax with those money afterall this is a source of incomes. Taxes have to be imposed on the total money earned by the receiver of the electoral bonds.

सुप्रीम कोर्ट का ये फैसला राजनीति से प्रेरित है ! मोदी जी की सरकार द्वारा पारित ये कानून अब तक का सबसे पारदर्शी कानून था जिसमें किसने किसको कितना चंदा दिया ये पूरी तरह से टरैक किया जा सकता है जैसा कि सुप्रीम कोर्ट पीछे की कार्यवाही में कर पाया है लेकिन सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने इसको अवैध घोषित कर के चंदा लेने की पुरानी विधि को ही जारी रखा है जो कि अत्यंत अपारदर्शी है और उसमें किसने कितना चंदा किससे लिया इस बात को टरेस आउट किया ही नहीं जा सकता है और ये काले धन को बढावा देने वाला है!सुप्रीम कोर्ट का ये फैसला इस प्रकार रैटरोग्रैसिव है और ये फैसला विपक्षी दलों के दबाव में किया गया है!
