I recently got a similar cap for my 4b/c low porosity hair and OMG!!! My hair is ACTUALLY getting moisturised, love love love it. Just the right heating for my hair and came with a shower cap, easy to use

I have this cap as well and I started without a plastic cap on my head. Be careful because it caused a little heat damage afterwards. I think the plastic cap is essential and proper heat setting is important.

Thanks for video but what I discovered when I used mine after some days I discovered my hedges around my head front and back was peel though there was no sore in it, I guess I over stayed long when using the cap and gave me some patches

The detachable and washable cap she removed is enough protection for your hair. Using a shower cap under the steaming cap will defeat the purpose of steaming which is to hydrate.

@@jeccym8715 No it won't. The shower cap protects your scalp from burning. The steamer cap produces so much heat that will penetrate through the shower cap and get to your hair
