Evil Woman (Live). Originally on the 1975 album "Face The Music"
The girl is Rosie Vela, who had a pretty successful album herself called "Zazu" in 1986, and apparently was Jeff Lynne's girlfriend for a while and did some gigs with the band.

In the 70s all the men (!) worn sunglasses even when the sun went down and that's not all ... pretty much covered their face with hair all around .... hmmm ... wasn't fancy for that ...haaa
