very anime. I hate to admit but I always loved when stories/movies/games do that thing with the music its a certain righteous uncontrollable confidence boost. Its had to explain.
Megaman stood silently, as wind breezed across his face and his damaged body parts. His knee was still leaking oil and the wind made it worse for him to walk. But concrete in his mind, he took a couple more steps and there he saw it. A culmination of his entire journey; A war he had been fighting his entire existence; A war which might never see an end. He shook his leg off, brushed the sadness aside and raised his metallic face which was still lacking some parts which were a reminder of his journey. "I didn't come this far to go back." He tried clenching his fist but unable to do so he just let out a sigh. *Wily stage music hits* Something hit him in the head, a thought, " I'm done being weak. I'm done being the house robot everyone thinks I am. This is my story and I'll write it the way I want to. And If I go down in flames, so be it. " A smirk graced the face of the once-weak robot. In that moment, he was neither weak, nor a coward. Taking a metal blade in his hand, the Blue Bomber started walking towards the castle. "This is the end Wily. I won't let you rob anyone of their happiness again, be it a human, an animal........ Or a robot. "
Love all the comments about Mega Man being dead... Mega Man 11 was an outstanding game. Hardcore mode for that old-school difficulty, innovative gameplay and bosses, challenge modes, and even an easy mode to get my 7 y.o. into the franchise
I don't think you can make anything that ISN'T epic. If you did mute city or big blue, the world would explode from epicness. THAT is how epic you are.
I listen to this tune a lot it rocks, I have heard almost every remixed version there is of this song.. this version is really good,, the sound is crisp and clear and the remix was done with great skill..
I can imagine this music used in a cutscene of MegaMan frantically running through Wily's castle, defeating the enemies in a montage. This. Is. AWESOME!!
Who needs a cutscene? I can see this as the theme an actual Wily Stage, complete with enemies and an end boss. Which fits, given that this is a remix of the best Wily Stage theme ever.
