In order to induce emf and current in the coil, the magnetic flux linked with the coil must change. If both the coil and the magnet are stationary, then there is no change in the magnetic flux and hence no current will induce..

Spin the fan blades by hand or wind and measure voyage at the power plug terminals, you’ll have voltage then. This guy likely is powering the “device” with a Tesla coil that near it or he’s actually using a DC volt bulb with a hidden battery

Nice trick, but not possible. The coil would have to move through the magnetic field to generate any electrical current. That's why generators must rotate. Physics is fun!

Here you will be able to see for yourself that the static system, shown in the video, cannot make the lamp light up. Of course you can design a coil and connect it to the bulb, and then move / rotate a magnet over the coil - this will make the bulb light up, but the energy needed to rotate the magnet will exceed the amount of energy that the bulb uses to bright !! This system is also called a generator or alternator! - and yes, I understand well the science behind ... therefore I also refer to the essential doctrine of thermodynamics.

Why do you only check with an LED lamp? It won't work with an ordinary lamp because the LED lamp lights up by itself. When you put it in there, you press the button under it and it lights up, even if there is no electricity.
