I've never tried one. There were some jobs I had long ago that had me working whilst I was standing and I was at a table doing some kind of task. It didn't take long for my back to just start hurting. This started happening after I was in a car wreck and I flipped the car over a couple of times until it landed on it's roof. I don't know if something like an adjustable desk could help though. Anyways, I quit and found something else that doesn't require painkillers all day just to make it through.
🙂 its also helpful for people that are handicap or disabled or been hurt, u can also keep adjusting the height throughout the day, depending on the project
@@ponchato 🙂 ur welcome, at work there was a guy with a specially raised table because he had a bad back, he also had a bar stool so he cud sit down every once in a while, worked well for him
Great video Ponchato. I don't think I'll get one right away since now I use V.R. standing and Internet browsing sitting . There was no way I could sit in front of a computer screen for 8-12 hours a day that's insane.... I play VR and stand up when doing so then when relaxing I sit and watch you tube or other videos , or go browsing on the internet.
@@ponchato yes it's sooooo cool to use, the Samsung Odyssey+ on sale $299 on my i7 8700( non-k) 16GB ram with a RTX2080 playing RecRoom , VR Chat , and now Alt Space, all are multi platform, multiplayer environments (games) to play and talk with others all over the world.... I also use my Original Oculus Rift on my 2nd desktop i5 3.1Ghz 10GB ram with GTX 1050ti also. Oculus Rift S is $399.
@@ponchato yeah that gives a big advantage and since it's fast to change the height, you can game sitting, standing or even laying down and won't have problems with seeing the monitor. By the way looking forward to see more low budget builds :).
