The white definitely looks better. Red is too much and might even be distracting if setting right next to the user.

This ended up being the only option I could find for a new PC for my mum. mATX with good cooling, the 5.25" bay, and a little bit of style (e.g. not black). I'm looking forward to getting it built for her shortly.

Had to unscrew mine to fit the super long 5700XT Nitro. Make sure your graphics card is not too long, if you wanna keep the ODD bay in this case.

You have mentioned there's a need for fan splitter. But if we have a RGB compatible motherboard support like aura sync or msi's mystic can we directly plug fan cables into motherboard's RGB headers or do we still need a external RGB header for activating and using 2 fans?

The only thing I don't like with this is the tinted tempered glass panel. I think a non-tinted one would be better. Nice review, always watch your review

Built one again, this time for me not for a friend. I'm kind of worried with only 1 exhaust, i guess i gotta replace the stock exhaust with something stronger. Air intake is great, but exhaust is limited to 1

I just keep using the Corsair 540A and never went glass on the front. I keep looking for something more modern to build into but what I really want is just a 540A with a glass side panel instead of the acrylic or a 680x with a mesh front panel.

Hi @ponchato wondering what rad/ fan configuration would be viable if I were to have a 240mm aio up the front. Currently I'm thinking front exhaust with the aio, 2x 120mm fan intakes up top and convert exhaust on rear. Although I'm afraid of having negative pressure in the case having 3 exhaust vs 2 intakes

I don't really know how many cases that have it but my Silent Base 801 has it and I really like it, nice to see the fans of the graphic card for once...but then this one is not as tall as the 801 so I guess it won't apply to this case....

Why do you like the motherboard upside down vs normal right side up? Is there any advantages for you?

Potentially better cooling for the GPU due to increased clearance, otherwise it's mostly just aesthetic. The other thing is if your desk setup would work better with your PC to the left instead of the right, the tempered glass will be facing the right way in this case

If you have a water cooler and it leaks it wont destroy your gpu as well.

I'm very surprised Silverstone went with tempered glass side panels. They were among the last holdouts on that trend.

They actually have a very similar model to this but with tempered glass on the front and on both sides, the LD03. Everybody's gotta follow the trends eventually

@@ponchato yeah i was thinking about desk orientation after watching the video, but most gpus are oriented with their "lettering, title, nameplate" horizontally and that puts it upside down. it would drive me crazy lol. it is good to see mesh making a comeback though. anxious to see more changes with case design in 2020. i want to see fractal jump on the mesh train without the crazy abstract "meshify" design and lose the foam.

The whole "Freedom" word has been hijacked and its meaning basically bays out the American government in my opinion, Eg that country needs some "Freedom", Its kinda ironic though coz the amount of government agression against its own citizens doesn't speak the dictionary meaning of freedom, Just my opinion hahaha

@@ponchato it sounds (with all do respect) a bit upnoxious. as "freedom" would only exist in the US. It gives an unnecessary political twist (interpretation) to that phrase. I don't want to blow it out of proportion, but I don't see it "helping" your channel. (I am not alone-you have another follower who made a similar comment) As said it's a minor issue but it's even better when it is not an issue at all. And I do appreciate you being genuinely interested in my comment. Thanks for caring.

I'm hearing you, about USA thinking they're there only country that has "freedom", for the moment, anyway, but I do think you need to grow a thicker skin. Maybe Europeans are sensitive to the word "Freedom" as theirs is evaporating thanks to the government response to the law and order challenges that mass immigration has presented your countries with . Same thing is slowly happening here in Australia 🙄
