FYI sandrammer, his youtube channel introduced some spray coating for casting iron. he did iron casting for us navy all his career, so i would assume he know some tricks we ordinary people don't. if it is good to be use on casting iron, very likely it is possible suit your needs. check out his channel, the formula is there.

What an incredible Aladins cave of knowledge. 1) wouldnt it be easier to fabricate the lead vessel using Plumbers sheet lead flashing material? Then all you would need to do is solder the edges of the sheeting into a cylinder? 2) electropolish electronics gear (ingenious but then obvious in retrospect when shown). You did not show which polarity to set up the job as. Is the job set up as the Negative terminal ? 3) Electrolyte. The Glycol is needed. How did you come up with the electrolyte chemicals ? Usually you only need an acid or salt to make the liquid conductive. Did you choose your particular combination to avoid blacking / and or r production of poisonous byproducts. ? Really interested on your take given your chemistry knowledge. Thanks

Thanks bro , i got a old transformer welder that i never use(it goes to 130A thou but its not adjustable with pot ,its old style switch) ! I even got a box full of lead from old sewer pipes ! I even got the burner ! What kind of material is that bucket made of? Make a video when you find out what works best for high temperature coating-im sure plenty of people around world could use cheaper home made solution.Keep up the good work you do and God bless you !
