Nice vid, but...... The RE27 is not underrated, is the most used microphone for broadcast. You can see it in almost every high end radio and TV program. Is the best mic for that use, cause it gets rid of proximity effect.

I just got the RE20 and oh my dayz... these mics just sound beautiful. It's so quiet so makes my voice sound awesome even in my noisey room. Love it! Thanks for the review

Still using the RE27 N/D or have you moved on to another mic like most people do? I'm always curious since its comical how reviewers will love a mic, praise it, swear its the their new mic....and then BAM....a few months later they move on to the next hot thing. NOT saying you do that...but just an observation on RU-vid overall. Also,..what are you using as your preamp-EQ device? Rodecaster Pro? Apollo?

@techsummit great review i tested quit a few mics price range 300 Bucks to 2500 € and found 2 ones that are both love for singing the re 27 for all demos and minimum half of final recordings and the gefell m930 love both:))

This is one of my favs the switches are ridiculous I did a shoot out with all 3 the 20 the 320 and 27nd good stuff bro

I had this mic. It sounded terrible with my voice sadly. Never could get a sound I liked out of it.
