Here can we explain wether decaying magnetic field causes electric field and vice versa. This is said to be true in near field radiation ,say in reactive field ( as in case of transformer induction), but in far field of radiation the timing relation seems not honored or one causing the latter seems conflicting. the clause " if there is no resistance" is very important. if there is no resistance there is no way to loose energy from pendulum. so the initial energy that the pendulum has will remain in it for ever. that means it will oscillate forever. but in practice, there will be resistance. You cannot practically see anything with zero resistance

And in no time a corresponding electric field is produced.. so in practice an electric field and magnetic field coexist... however they are orthogonal..that is why you see electric field and magnetic fields are 90 degree separated but on time axis they share same position
