Electronic B9 Robot , Lost in Space from Diamond Select Toys 

I have a similar version, it has spring loaded arms, a movable head, & a wired remote, it only says "Danger, DANGER WILL ROBINSON", but I got it years ago, so it's really retro.

If you hold the power pack/talk button in a few seconds, he will say all of his phrases in a row without having to keep pressing the button.

When ever I see this robot it always reminds me of the Simpsons when he says " Danger Bart Simpson Danger"

too bad it's twice the price and not as nice
