A Hobart 410 came up for sale recently in my area. When I saw the photos my heart jumped. Such a truly elegant design! Unfortunately, they were asking $800 which was beyond my reach. Thank you for the video.
I LOVE this video!!! I recently hit 59. My parents owned a family grocery/deli and THEY HAD THIS IDENTICAL Hobart slicer!!! I saw ours 7 days a week and this brought back memories! To give you a year on this slicer, my parents had it from 1974 to 1987. Okay, now my wife and I are looking for one of these! I just wanted to congratulate you on your production of this video!
