Great riffing, smokin' solos, a kickass rhythm section, killer vocals and brilliant songwriting. What more could you ask for? An excellent heavy, melodic Rock 'N' Roll record. It's already on my best of 2023 list.

My buddy hit me with this totally blind....I said "HOLY GOSPEL HELL YEAH!!!!" Bitter Pill first tune...I thought Michael??? And also nailed Scott Travis...then the reveal.....talk about a double-barreled assault of crunchy goodness...LIGHTS OUT!!!!! takes serious balls and nailing it. Bravo gentleman, bravo.
I am gonna have several comments as I listen to this through... but what I hear very clearly is the influence of Richie living in Nashville and hanging around with guys like Jared James Nichols. Aside from all of the classic rock/metal stuff, that is what really shines. There is a very 'American' feel to some of these passages. Specifically Ghost of You, and Bitter Pill.

I second that last comment: What a killer band and great singer - real vocals instead of hiring "cookie monster". lol. Really digging the first few songs. The world needs a really good hard rock band with a touch of metal right now! Cool band name: Elegant Weapons. This really is a fucking Supergroup - in time to fill the rock and roll void! yeah!
Faulkner the BEAST 😍So much intensity and variability🤘🔥🎸 Some riffs and solos are close to Priests Firepower. Could have worked quite well as a new Judas Priest album.
This is a great heard rock album, but I am hoping the new JP album will be firmly in the heavy metal realm, so heavier than this and not too much rock n'roll.

Came here for one Song.. Do or Die .. Cant stop Playing the Whole Album. For me , this has the same feel as when i first Listened to Lynch Mob's Wicked Sensation . Not one bad Song . One of my NOW Fav Albums . The Solo's are Killer ..Vocals are spot on .. And .... the Drummer .. Wow ... Already looking forward to the next Album..

Can’t beat Priest from Sin after Sin/ Stained Class. There isn’t anything close to these albums from this period, if we are talking JP through the ages. Not wishing to upset, its only my perspective. The playing here is exceptionally good and I will give it time to sink in though.
I keep listening to these 'unheard of' bands in the hope of discovery some originality... somthing a little different to the same old crash,bang bollocks. No luck yet.
