Elegy by John Maxwell Geddes 

‘Elegy’ by John Maxwell Geddes (1941-2017) is an extended setting of ‘Remember Me My Deir’, a sixteenth-century Scottish lute melody.
Composed in 2013 in memory of Wolfgang Graetshel and dedicated to Stefan Grasse.
This performance uses a score revised by Phillip Thorne in 2022.
