Né. Por mim podia tentar. Mas provavelmente ia morr#r. Imagina tu a andares a cidade inteira se for preciso a mandar manobras como se fosse algum tipo de perseguição. Seria bué top.
For some reason that front crook down Hollywood got me all emotional - the reaction in person wasn’t even that crazy, but it just felt like an important moment in skating. Madars’ nosegrind is one of the coolest things I’ve ever seen and last trick was unreal. Always love the Element team, the filming and the editing are perfect - one of the best skate videos of the year to me ❤️
You’re talking about the person that also did a front board on it too. Right? You’re right that was a big moment for me too. Nice. This video was great.
For real though that has got to be the hardest trick a women has ever done on a skateboard. That was insane, a huge step in women skateboarding and a sign of the progression. Amazing!
@@LevelSmackcom they are great relative to other women. Look, I don’t have have a small brain like you, so I know there’s an athletic difference between men and women. But if you look how good these women are relative to the state of womens skateboarding, these two are very very good. Funa handled the Hollywood 16 with style. Something I doubt you can do. I enjoy watching the womens progression in skateboarding and appreciate what they are doing in their own right. Try to wrap your brain around that.
That crook from Funa at 15.15 really brought up some emotions!! It felt so Monumental for skateboarding and also female skateboarding. This vid is a game changer...I feel proud as a 44 old skateboarder!! SKATEBOARDING IS ALIVE AND WELL!!
This is surprisingly above what I expected when pressing play. It feels like one of those old VHS skateboard film you had as a kid and you watched every time you went out to skate. Feels like their heart and soul was put into it.
This whole video was amazing but shout out to the ladies. Vitoria got a mean ass heelflip. Funa’s front crook was picture perfect. Women’s street skating is going to evolve like crazy over the next few years.
Wow this video almost made me feel the way skate videos felt back around 2006-2010. Bunch of artsy b roll, actual names of the skaters, big company, genre pushing skating. Element doesn’t need to be trendy like FA to show they still got it
So amazing to see women shredding. Seeing the girls that grew up in the mid 2000s to a more accepting culture, can't wait to see them progress even more.
WOW! Element got a goooood squad now. FUNA with that front crook made me scream WOW! Vitoria has great style, her last part was dope too. Good on element for having a diverse team that rips!
Is there a video of the year award? This video deserves it. Skateboarding art! Skaters asking themselves what can I do on this? They found juicy tricks on juicy spots.
Definitely not that good. The only good thing about it was the skating but there aren't any that are SOTY worthy. This video tried to hard to be artsy.
This modern style of editing like with the Carhartt WIP video is wonderful. Allows people with more strong footage to shine while allowing others to contribute too: everyone featured without the video becoming a slog.
These are highly trained champions. They are able to do these incredible maneuvers due to years of dedicated coaching and practice. One must have an unstoppable desire to win in order to reach this level. Bravo!
Wow. I’m not an Element fan at all and had low expectations, but this was very impressive. So much creativity and unexpected tricks. Seriously jaw dropping at times. Nick Garcia’s ender was a bonkers approach to one of those curved rails at Fletcher Bowron Square. The music supervision was particularly good; didn’t expect to ever hear The Blue Orchids (“The Flood”) in a skate video, same with Parade Ground )”Moans”) and The Feelies, let alone my favorite song of theirs (“Moscow Nights”). Great stuff all around.
This is an important video. Feel like 2022 needed this type of skating. Feel like the future of Element needs this type of skating. Right mix of 0% hate old heads, and a talented group of young skaters (male and female). Super global team. Well shot. Well edited. Just an all around good package here. I hope someone at Element reads this because they're onto something and need to lean into this as their brand direction. Probably my favorite video of the year so far.
Not someone whos a huge element fan, but wow the editing, filming, music, and aesthetic are sooo good. Trick selection and style from jaako and the whole team is absolutely on point. Possibly the best team video of the year.
Omg, this film is fantastic. I used to street skate but never got this good. The feats performed are amazing. Skating is an art form. It really is. Broken bones. If you cry watching this, you know it's a good production. And the security guards. Always the security.
Every skater in this team does new tricks that no other skaters can do! It is mind blowing! 🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯 In my opinion, my favorite skaters in this video are the amateur skaters, Grayson Beal, Funa Nakayama, Victor Cascarigny and Vitoria Mendonca! Their new tricks are incredible! I wish that Element Skateboards would turn Funa, Victor, Vitoria and Grayson pro all at the same time! That pro surprise for these four amateurs will happen this year or next year! Turn Victor, Vitoria, Grayson and Funa pro for your team right now, Element Skateboards! They deserve all of their hard work! We love them! 👍👍👍👍👍👍👏👏👏👏👏👏👏🙌🙌🙌🙌🙌🙌🙌🙌🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🤞🤞🤞🤞🤞🤞🤞
It's been a while since I was so blown away by a full-length. Too much to point it out - had to stop the video at a certain point and have a breath. Speechless. Simply amazing
Incredible team here. Everyone involved in this had an awesome trick selection and amazing versatility. The board control from Eetu, Jaakko and Vinicius was unmatched. Really beautiful edit.
It's been a very long time since a skate video has really taken me on a journey. The color of this film, the way it was shot, and the music and vibes really set up such a levitating and captivating base for all of what you see in this film. And what you see is some amazing skateboarding to say the least. The tricks were fun looking, creative, technical and simple, innovative, and done at some of the coolest spots I've ever seen. Loved how there wasn't this boring structure of just showing different sections and profiles for each skater. Rather, it keeps this nice vibe through the whole thing, introduces a skater, but then mixes in everyone else as well. It really gives the viewer the feeling of a strong sense of community. Love the sense of nostalgia and positivity if gave me as well. Okay, I'm going on way too long. Can't say enough good things about it. A+. Well done, Element and everyone involved!
I loved the whole thing but Ethan Loy made me WOW. So many surprises. Fortunato and Vini did so many awesome shit too. The girls also put together some really enjoyable clips and it's beautiful to see girls reaching this level on skateboarding, we need more of this. Awesome part
"The board is designed to keep my feet off the ground, but when I step onto one I feel like I'm touching every part of the ground." Rossko thank you Thrasher
I haven't really watched full length skateboarding videos probably since ELEMENTALITY. But there's just something about this brand I really love. Small portion of fancy art, spot choice, filming, tricks, riders..the list goes on.
Exceptional piece!!! Unbelievable tricks, awesome spots, great camera work, cool music, edit, video art, story! Every is perfect. Thanks element team! You rock! 💪👏⚡️
Skateboarding and everything and everyone it brings together, always has been, and always will be a very special, hard earned magic. This is a good video to showcase that. Thank you ❤️
What you all created here was beautiful! All of it had me jumping out of my chair, yelling at the screen and giving me chills at the same time. What a crew
The spots on that last chapter were crazy! I was so impressed with every trick that cam before my eyes 🙏🏼 Every was landed so cleanly too, Props to everyone of them!
Been waiting for this one. I love seeing the young guns like Funa mix it up with the OGs like Appleyard. And of course I'll watch any part featuring Brandon Westgate.
Honestly, what a fucking awesome skate video. I recently rewatched Vol.1 so was stoked to see this drop. Great mix of tricks and incredible team of skaters.
I hope everyone watching this, save the brothers from and before my individual era, understand how dope it is to have the freshest and newest skating landing in your lap. Skate shops are closing left and right...that used to be THE ONLY place to sort footage of the locals and pros. BE THANKFUL.
This video...is fucking great, amazing, gnarly, and dope AF. This had so much great skateboarding and brain melters...holy shit good effin job Element 👏👏👏
